      Hello, I was banned 5 months ago for trolling teammates in the voice chat in Hell Let Loose, banned permanently.
      I have already written several applications for unbanning, but they were refused. I ask to unban me, I admit my guilt and really want to play on your game servers in different games.

      Before the permban you had a tempban with a clear warning. If you cross that line again with severe misconduct we impose a permban. So your ban remains active.
