      I am making this post to appeal a recent permanent ban I was given on one of your PBS Hell Let Loose servers for having an offensive player name.

      My name at the time of the ban was FieldMarshal Gordin and I was using SS as my clan-tag along with an Iron Cross before my name. Whilst I understand the SS is a symbol of hate and recognised globally for it’s crimes against humanity, I merely use the tag to play when with an RP group I play with. The name and tag in its self is all merely part of the groups background when we play.

      It isn’t used to intentionally insult or offend anyone and I apologise for any damage it has done. I’ve since removed the SS tag from my clan-tag and will play without it. When playing on your servers, I am always respectful of others, never attempt to say anything remotely sensitive or related to Nazi Germany, the SS or their actions. I wasn’t contacted or asked to remove the tag previously and feel this was a little heavy handed as I would have happily changed it should I have been asked.

      Please consider this post as an apology and my request to be unbanned from your Hell Let Loose servers, thankyou for your time and I appreciate any feedback.
