I’m playing and suddenly get kicked out of nowhere?

As soon as I look on discord I read this;

I have recieved a couple of complaints about Allies commander “Leo Invictum” on server 3. supposed to be very toxic over voice chat because of insubortination and people not following orders.
not sure if there is any kind of way to address this but i said i would report the issue.

The match was just normal, atmosphere was good on commander voice chat. Just, in a normal way and tone, just like in chat, I have drawn more attention to building nodes. With capital letters and question marks to get more attention because it is in the team’s interest. Squadleaders normally responded by arranging it and even telling someone in the server to do it via text chat.

There has been no toxic behavior at all. Isn’t it just that someone wanted to be a commander but couldn’t be? The person concerned has not even “heard it himself”. Logical because it never even happened.

Hey LeonInvictus, i was the admin who banned you. As you well noticed, one member of ours got quite some callouts in local VOIP, and even through his Squadlead, that the own commander was more then not behaving friendly. I had an conversation with our member and was afterwards taking a look in the logs, where you even weren’t an good example of an friendly teamplayer. Its okay to play as an commander and to tell people that some things needs to be done. But this is still an game, not the real army, where ranks and directly supervisors can make your service life like an hell. This is an game. And for you i’ll even give you an example of your logs. So as an psychological student, you should be reasonable, understanding and maybe have some insight on your behaviour. Here you go:

And not enough with this, you’re (i presume) unintentionally teamkilling someone, without saying sorry, but as soon as you get TKed by an arty shell, youre coming directly at that poor fellow and want him to get banned?

See? Youre by far not behaving like an enrichment to the (mostly) friendly and supportive Hell Let Loose community – you’re an shining exampe of how not to behave in an team-based game. And for that i can see clearly an reason to give you the chance to cool your head, to calm down and try again tomorrow to play on our servers, as its only for one day. But this inproper behaviour is not tolerated. So have an great evening, get some rest and tomorrow the world seems maybe a bit brighter to you.

Your explanation is slightly hilaries. I explained myself further.

First of all you want to make it personal with my study. Which is extremely funny when I haven’t addressed anyone personally or made anything personal at all. Your behavior says more about you, negatively, than what you see in the chat logs about me. I understand that you find personality difficult to address someone, whether rightly or wrongly, without involving unnecessary personal matters.

Then from this science reasoning and what we see in the chat logs. First of all, no toxic behavior is observable, but honest criticism. Criticism and honesty are normal behavior in the adult world. Then the capital letters and exclamation marks. As can be seen ask/say it first normally friendly even with pls. You may be interested in psychology and find that such posts attract more attention. Given that there were sls without mics, I can only respond member in 1 way. As some sl’s agreed, nothing happened and then someone tries their best to get it done. Your comment about head cooling again indicates that you overestimate yourself in your findings, as was extremely cool at the time. You could have prevented that by first asking why I did that. But it is certain that there is no toxic behavior, let alone that I personally harm anyone or anything like that.

As for behaving in a team game, I would like to invite you to your game at the time. Also in particular how commanders can be dealt with via voice chat if, for example, no vehicles can be spawned, no bombing runs and strafing runs can be done and so on. Perhaps you can think outside the box, and in the team’s interest because it is a team game, why I ask for certain things and therefore criticize. By the way, based on what you post, I’m counting on your list of bans to be expanded soon keeping in mind how people interact with commanders.

Perhaps a lesson for you to hear a return story first. Especially if there is no toxic behavior and no one is personally attacked. If criticism is a problem, I wonder where you stand as an adult. If the capitalization/punctuation marks are the problem, then that’s hilarious because it’s not toxic and just meant to draw attention to remind everyone of their duties. Not even as a commander, but precisely because this is a TEAMGAME. You could have solved this problem by asking not to do it in this way, although it would be desirable to promote pro team behavior and not leave squad leaders without a mic.

Then I notice that your clanmember posts a message at 15:48 and your chatlogs are about 2 hours before that. You may have already seen that in the logs, I changed teams at 2:15 PM so the allegations being made don’t even match. Your story is extremely weak.

I conclude that your story, in conjunction with the logs, shows that nothing is wrong. In fact, that someone with a few messages shows normal human behavior. However, it is worth questioning why you make it so personal with my study. I wish you the best of luck, even if you won’t, with your behavior/statements that are unnecessarily, apart from incorrect, personally directed.

Hey, wouldnt expect you, to take that personally, but here we go. I’d told you about it, because you had that in you DC Profile as your status. So thats sth you’re proud of, letting that other people know. So i expected that you, since youre from on that scientific area, had more insight on your behaviour, since you are playing with a bunch of randoms, and not with old firends or peeps you know – so as you can see – at least 3 people were of your command style offended, and thus so far hurt, that they felt to reach out to an PBS Member and let that member report that in. And since you cant see your capslocked sentences with the bunch of exclamation marks, i’m telling you, people get annoyed by this. I could write this whole Message here in Capslock with a bunch of exclamation marks, what do you think, what impression you would have on that message then. I gave you an timeout, to cool down, not yell at people, and lower your expectations on random people in this team-based game – since you cant control their cooperation, or even their willingness to talk and respond in voip. You cant force people to that, and if they didnt got yur written essage the second or third time, they wont get it the 7th time either. But you should know this. I’m sorry that you misinterpred a lot of stuff, and i would love to update you on your misconception, but i’m really to tired for it, and as you can see – its getting nowhere. So its not worth the time of both of us. So cool it, have an nice evening at let you again be assured, no one is taking it personal what youre studying – i just expected some more insight and empathy for random people in the internet, in relation to your messages and your VOIP behaviour, since you’ll be an official expert on your study at some point in the future. I dont know why you would think i meant that personally or took that personally, but it wasnt intended as that. And for the timestamps, theres an easy explanation for that mate. I’ll have my Browser tool and my Discord on two different timezones. I’ll have the Discord on the normal timezone i’m living in, but had to turn the timezone in the tool back for two hours for an ban a while ago, to check if that screenshot of one report will turn out to be true. But thank you, i did not even notice that – I’ll swap it soon, when i’m thinking about it.

Sir I think I know everything about people

You are really one big joke with this comment. The fact that you may have and want to use server rules, where nothing is described about what you write, does not mean that you have knowledge of personalities. I advise you to stick to server rules and not to analyze people and their behavior. Better leave that to someone else ;).
