  Like in video settings, I use an rx480 8gb ram and ryzen1500x.
  
  Anyone fancy posting their specs and a screenshot of their video settings, I die all the time because of fpsÂ its infuriating.
  
  Is there anything I can change that wont affect the look of the game to much but will improve fps without going through game files.

  Personally, I am usingÂ Bad Ass Graphics v2.0 by Kenny Kid and it looks and performs fabulously.
