  I haven’t played the game for months, and when I came back a week ago, most of the servers are kicking me with “ingame name is not allowed”!
  
  Am I banned or is there other reason?

  After looking into this. You haven’t been banned from our servers, however, an IP address that’s on your account was previously banned in August last year.
  
  This has been rectified, please attempt to rejoin our servers. If you receive any further issues please respond here. This forum will remain open for 12 hours.
