Hello PBS GAMETEAM admins.

Me and my friend Kr0ssfire were banned in one of your Hell Let Loose servers. We were using artillery and were shelling our point which was being captured by the enemy. Unfortunately, we killed not only the enemy soldiers, but also some friendlies. We tried to adjust our artillery fire, so we could prevent killing our allies. But after another shot, we got another “stop killing allies” message and stopped firing. In a span of 10 to 20 seconds we got kicked from the server for teamkilling and subsequently got banned. We are still relatively new to this game (under 50 hours, and this was our second attempt at artillery), so we are inexperienced at using this weapon.

I hope you look at our case and reconsider our ban. We are sorry and we will try not to repeat the same mistakes again.

Thanks for reaching out! I am not sure what was going on on the Event Server but I saw a lot of teamkilling going on and we were getting a lot of complaints. You were among the people that were teamkilling. Thanks for explaining the situation. I will lift the ban as of now, but will flag you and we will keep an eye out for any of such behaviour in the future.
