I am writing to express my sincere apologies for my recent actions that led to my ban for toxicity and political comments. I understand that my behavior was inappropriate and violated the community guidelines.

Upon reflection, I acknowledge that my comments were out of line, and I take full responsibility for the impact they may have had on the community. I want to assure you that it was not my intention to disrupt the positive atmosphere within the community.

I realize the importance of maintaining a respectful and inclusive environment for everyone, and I deeply regret any harm or discomfort my words may have caused. I assure you that I have learned from this experience and will be more mindful of my interactions in the future.

Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience I may have caused, and I appreciate your efforts in maintaining a healthy and vibrant community. Thank you for considering my message.

Good Evening Son8exx,

 

Thank You for your ban appeal and after looking into the situation to why you we’re banned I believe the ban was justified due to the following actions;

 

• Political Comments
• Spamming text to provoke, harrass, or to discriminate other user/s and/or organisations

The reason you we’re banned was the mutliple spam of the word ‘zov’, which was extremely political especially due to the RUSSIAN x UKRAINE war. I believe that the soul purpose of this was to harrass, provoke and discriminate other users and/or organisations. The ban you recieved is a 2 week ban, in line with guidelines from the BattleBit Moderation Team.

 

With this being said, I have taken into account this ban appeal and have reduced the ban from 2 weeks, to 3 days. You will be unbanned on 06/01/2024 at 15:22.

 

Finally, I would like to mention that, any further political comments, harrassment or toxicity will result in you being banned for a minimum of 2 weeks, up to a permanment ban with appeal.

Спасибо за вашу апелляцию на бан, и после рассмотрения ситуации, почему вы были забанены, я считаю, что бан был оправдан из-за следующих действий;

 

• Политические комментарии
• Спам с целью провокации, преследования или дискриминации других пользователей и/или организаций.

Вы были забанены за неоднократное использование слова “zov” в спаме, которое было очень политическим, особенно в связи с войной между Россией и Украиной. Я считаю, что целью этого было преследование, провоцирование и дискриминация других пользователей и/или организаций. Вы были забанены на 2 недели в соответствии с рекомендациями команды модераторов BattleBit.

 

Учитывая это, я принял во внимание данную апелляцию и сократил срок запрета с 2 недель до 2 дней. Вы будете разблокированы 06/01/2024 в 15:22.

 

Наконец, я хотел бы отметить, что любые дальнейшие политические комментарии, преследования или токсичность приведут к тому, что вы будете забанены минимум на 2 недели, вплоть до перманентного бана с апелляцией.
