I think we should start first on a smaller scale with our recruits, I have noticed in practice days that the reserves that do not join a team normally end up on their own, I think within the war team we should have an academy team that helps in teaching recruits and with integration with the clan.

For the past 2 months, Squad 5 Squad Leaders have been splitting the team in two to accommodate the recruits and help them learn more about the game starting with defence.

I suggest that Squad 5 becomes sort of a PBS Academy for the recruits, from which new Squads can be formed.

VietSam, Reign, Elco, Fissan and myself are willing to continue to help and teach the recruits.
