      I would like to appeal my perma ban please, for the account Red Ted. I was just permanently banned for team killing – however I believe this to be unjust. Players passed us and spouted racial slurs as they went. While I completely agree that team killing is not fun for anyone I believe, as I’m sure you do as well, that in the grand scheme of things racial slurs are worse. It seems pretty surprising that from that altercation I was the one to be banned, as it is very much my first offenc and I understand Powerbits takes a hard stance on racism.

      Of course i am very interested in the accusation of racial slurs that were being made. Firstly have you got any proof of this? Secondly to do with your ban there is no situation in the game that justifies team killing and the non chalont way you brush off the mass team killing you did. If you understand this is wrong then i would like a little more context to the situation than just racial slurs more specifically what did they say to provoke this outcome. After you do this provided the answer is satisfactory then i will reduce the ban to 1 week as its your first time but the next time please report it via our discord and the next ban will be permanent with no appeal.

      Hi urded903, thank you for your response. I do apologise for the mass team killing, it was in honesty a snap reaction and had intended to be a machine gun shot rather than the full tank shot, which for what it’s worth I did apologise for at the time. But I do understand your point and regret having not reported through the official channels. I’m afraid I don’t have any physical evidence but I can provide witnesses if required. I know for a fact a player (please let me know if you’d like to know the name) called us a variation of the n-word as he drove past us, my squad lead at the time then confirmed this on the squad leader channel. I hope this is enough – but let me know if there’s anything else I can do for evidence.

      I would be very interested in that name and any witnesses you have. If you would like to get the witnesses to join our discord and then message me through the discord we can have an in person discussion about the evidence. I will reduce the ban down to 3 days but i wont release the ban entirely is this acceptable?
