You have to equip each medical implement to your quick-slot bar at the bottom of the inventory screen. You don’t have to remove the item from the quick slot you want to place it in, you can place it on top of the item you want to replace in the quick slot section. Took me a while to figure that out lol. What I do is swap my radio quick-slot for the repair tool if I’m commanding a vehicle, or a saline bag if I’m on foot since the tourniquet, bandages & morphine are already on the quick-select bar. For the Russian team I don’t even bother with the saline bag and just grab the entrenchment tool, a radio, 3 bandages, RPK & 6B3 vest and head on my merry way.

5 Step Instructions
1) Grab a saline bag from the arsenal box,
2) Hover over the saline bag in your inventory,
3) Press Y on it,
4 )Navigate the cursor over the radio in the quick-select slot (NOT the radio in your trousers)
5) Press Y again.
You have now equipped all medical implements to your quick-select and are ready for combat.

Never remove the entrenchment tool from quick-select, it is the most important tool in the game, and vastly more important & superior than any weapon or ordnance. I just typed this then noticed the date ahahahaha. Better luck on the next one I guess
