Hello, site administrators and users, players. I would like to apologize in advance, because I feel guilty about what happened. The thing is that I was banned for an inappropriate nickname written in Russian, which I was advised by one of the players in chat. I speak English, my Russian is terrible. The thing is that the nickname was written partly in English partly in Russian letters and with typos because of which, even after checking on sites to search for offensive words, it showed this word safe for people. I have a very long time playing and follow the development of this game, support the development of custom servers and modifications, and in particular order. Furthermore, I support and am an active member of LGBTQ culture, and as it turns out, this is why my haters recommended this nickname to me. I often experience attacks from other people, and I understand the gravity that some players felt when they saw my nickname. Now, I am in a difficult emotional state myself because of this kind of harassment. I publicly apologize to all my comrades and ask you to consider my case as a consequence of the difficult circumstances that led to the fact that I got blocked.

Thank You for your ban appeal and after looking into the situation to why you we’re banned I believe the ban was justified due to the following actions;

 

• Homophobic Username (ПОНAPОЖAЛИ ПИДAPAСОB > THEY’VE SPAWNED FAGGOTS)

 

The reason you we’re banned temporarily was due to a homophobic username that you had on your account which was shown above. This translation has been confirmed by a native-russian speaker who has translated this username above along with using translators (https://www.deepl.com/en/translator). This is your first offence, and a ban is automatically added per any homophobic or racial comments, usernames, etc. In line with the BattleBit Remastered rules. Your ban will expire on 19/01/2024 02:19.

 

With this, and the appeal given from yourself, I am satisified that you have understood why you we’re banned due to your username. Your new username (ПОНAPОЖAЛИ COЛНЫШEK) is not offensive, derogatory, racial or homophobic and is in line with our rules and BattleBit Remastered. Therefore, I am voiding your ban. This means you will be unbanned and will be able to play on our serveres once again.

 

For future reference, please ensure that any translation is not racial, homophobic, derogatory or anything that is able to cause offense. Future offenses won’t be considered lightly.
