I was engaged in dialog where other person said bad things like that he likes Hitler or supports Russia and Iran, and wants to free Palestine from jews. But anyway I didnt say anything bad, just one joke and than said that forgive him even when he hates me, but moderator joined chat, asked for us to stop. After his message about stop, I only said that forgive other person anyway even with hate, he said to moderator that he will continue, and we both received ban. I think that I didnt go across rules cause I didnt even say anything political, just laught a bit about person who emotionaly was talking about his bad political fantasies. Moderator didnt try to understand dialog, just banned everybody who was talking, when only one man was upheating political duscussion and forbidden topics, while others only like listen. I would apologize if I really misunderstood some rules, but for now it seems like I dont deserve ban that I got. I didnt mean nothing to harm or injury someone, otherwise I thing my opponent was really into set people on emotions talking about potential terrorists, but I dont agree with his position as I said.

Yeah, hohol is offensive sinonym of “ukranian”, like “nigga” for afroamericans. I am ukranian and fell free to say that, when I said than I was just laughing about agressive russian who tried to offend me, and didnt mean to injury someone cause no ukranians except me were in dialog. When I said jewish hohol it was irony about propaganda, its also not about person,  sometimes people agressivly behave about ukranians and try to press on pain points, but for me its just funny so I make satire of agressive thesises. It wasnt about specific person, and not about someone rules etc. My words are out of context there, I agree they can look strange and its okay for me to be more careful, but out of context meaning can change, so please look from that position also when accept my appeal.

The first incident, I am aware of the other mitigating factors there, of other users being discriminatory. They we’re previously warned for it. For the second incident, this is clearly targeted to a user which you can see through the chatlog above. I have looked at the point of view from your side, and unfrotunately, you had multiple opportunites to not respond, or even report the user breaching BattleBit and Powerbits rules. A decision has been made below.
