Like already partially mentioned also by yourself Powerbits, being able to start “classroom” activities.

– classroom/workshop on event server (how to command/SL/armor/recon etc), mentioned by yourself

– mentor / mentee program?

– create structured HLL guides by experienced members on various subjects e.g. in the forums (can be the theoretical base for mentioned workshop above), instead of random posts/references to old YT vids.

– guides on topics that benefit the PBS/leadership community, but not specifically related to HLL (how to give feedback, manage with impact, leadership styles etc)
