<h6>I’ve run clans in the past (My Eveonline corp was the biggest) and between the organisation, server rental and web development it’s a big undertaking…especially if you don’t delegate and manage these things yourself.
Dedication to a cause costs – in time and money, especially if you wnat to do it right, so wanting people to put their hands in their pockets isn’t a big ask, even less of an ask when you have more than 50 people in a clan, as technically that’s easily 300 sheets you should be able to raise on a month by month basis, even if those 50 donated 5 euros per head, that’s still 250 sheets..not to be sniffed at.
I’m not going to soapbox, but after my bills I always factor in the costs to servers I’m associated with, as it’s common decency – nothing in life is free, unfortunately and once you get into the habit of adding cost your leisure time it stops being a bother.
