I also liked the idea of predefined squads for training and war! This should be the standard for all games, like PostScriptum etc. , small unit tactics is easier when with the same people all the time.
should also vote for commander as well, plus a few spares, so that he can train as the commander. communication is crucial as well… helps with games like PS as well…
