Thank you for submitting a ban appeal. I have carefully reviewed your ban appeal and I want to provide you with some detailed information about the outcome. After careful consideration, I have decided to lift the ban on your account.
I appreciate your appeal and the information you provided. After a review, I have decided to lift the ban on your account. I understand that mistakes can happen, and we want to give you the opportunity to continue using our servers responsibly. My decision was based on Racial Comments, and I believe it is necessary to maintain the integrity of our community. Additionally, we also follow all of the BattleBit Remastered Community Guidelines, which can be found by going to https://joinbattlebit.com/guidelines/.
My decision was based on the following considerations:
You were reported today for racial comments on our BattleBit Remastered Server #1 and you were subsequently banned for your actions. We have no tolerance to racial comments regardless whether they are directed towards another user, yourself, or any other protected characteristics. A permanent ban was enforced in guidance to our rules and regulations. Seeing as this is your first violation on our server, your ban appeal has been successful due to this. Please note in the future: If you are banned again for Racial, Homophobic, Discriminatory, etc comments you will be permanently banned again with no appeal. Meaning you will remain banned on all platforms Powerbits Gameteam host on indefinitely. See below for the reported extract:
