I appreciate your appeal and the information you provided. After a review, I have decided to lift the ban on your account. I understand that mistakes can happen, and we want to give you the opportunity to continue using our servers responsibly. My decision was based on Racial Comments in VOIP, and I believe it is necessary to maintain the integrity of our community. My decision was based on the following considerations:

Initially, a report came in through in-game in regards to a user (you) using Racial Comments via VOIP and a video was provided. You was swiftly banned as the primary perpertrator of this. Upon review, this is not the case. Another user was in the area when this happened and the user who reported you believed it was you as your microphone was active at the time of the racial comments. There was approximately 2.45 seconds where there was a crossover of you and the other player. This player has been removed from our servers temporarily.
