According to the records the ban happened back in may due to you having chat misconduct in the server. Basically this can be anything from harassing other players to saying something untrue about the servers. As we pay for the servers we do reserve the right of who we allow to play on the server if its detrimental to the player base. Given the fact this happened so long ago back in may of last year i would hope there has been some improvement. Once you respond i will be more than happy to remove the ban and allow you back on the servers.
