In my nearly 4000 hours in-game, the closest thing to any racist remarks I’ve heard from the characters in-game was “Charlie” and “I see little people over there”. Those simply do not compare with “gooks” which is widely described as a derogatory and even racist term for people with Asian heritage.
However, since you’ve reached out and apologized, and that this was your first ban and I see no other racism in your history on our servers, I will shorten your ban to 1 week, starting from now. Your ban will now expire on Sunday, October 23, 2022 14:45 (Paris Time).
On our servers, we strive to have a low amount of toxicity and aim to be a place where members and non-members alike can forget about their daily struggles for a bit. While waiting for it to expire, please familiarize yourself with our rules to avoid bans in the future.
As long as you don’t do any of the following, you should be fine:
– No racism, sexism or discrimination of any kind.
– No inappropriate discussion, political or religious discussions or references including names.
– No inappropriate usernames are allowed. IE. Sexual, Racist, Political, Inappropriate/Offensive in nature.
– No disrespect towards PBS, it’s servers or it’s members.
– No disrespectful or offensive abbreviations.
– No mic spamming.
– No trolling.
– Keep both chat and voice chat in English, so everyone can understand.
– No intentional Teamkilling. If you accidentally Teamkill or hurt a team member, apologize immediately.

Know that we will keep an extra eye on your behavior in the future, so for your own sake, I’d suggest you follow the rules, since any further bans will not be appealable. Also, roleplaying is never an excuse to avoid a ban!
