Usage of !admin chat cmd in HLL server chat (& ofcourse inform players through text info message how to correctly use it).

You see it also being used on e.g. 1AD servers, where a player can contact an admin through the !admin cmd. 1AD also has it set-up that those messages getting reported on the discord channel for complaints. Thus eliminating the extra hop to post on a forum/discord for players & making it easier for players to be able to report misconduct.

Even without PBS members online on the server, the players have an ability to inform the admins directly (or log it for later inspection).
