DICE developer: at least one more Battlefield 4 patch coming

With the ending of Battlefield 4 CTE, the two night maps that were in development will not be released. Many have wondered if this also means the end of Battlefield 4 patches.Not at all. A DICE LA developer said that there is at least one more hotfix patch that’s planned for release, according to a Reddit post.

There was no mention of what the patch will include or when it will be released. But at least we know that it’s coming, and it confirms that DICE LA is still working on Battlefield 4. Despite being silent on continued support on the game, EA assured us last month that they will continue supporting Battlefield 4.

While the developer hasn’t released any game updates since December, they did update the BF4 servers a month ago, with an improved anti-cheat system.
