HLL : TomChi – permaban, mass teamkilling

Details: Reported by our new member, BloodweiserDK. Accusation was legit, 8 initial teamkills, the accussed guy started with them right after joining the server until likely autokick disconnect. Right after that he returned and continued TKing. I punished him with warning message, then others started to TK him. He teamkilled more and left. 13 teamkills in total during short time period and many complains from various players. Likely cooperated in teamkiling with marten1224, who was there doing the same thing at the same time. Permabanned/blaklisted due high probability of repeating this unacceptable behavior in the future.
