We will start training together on our server! The main point is learn to fight together as a team with good squadleaders and good communication!
- Each channel on discord will contain one squad (TL included) only!
- The commander can choose to enter one of the squads.
- Communication will be done via discord and communication to commander via the ingame voip.
- Please say constructive things on discord.
- Once we know the maps to be played, we can do a briefing before the training.
- People who show up on training have priority in future wars.
This was my first practice and it was great! Altough our squad (PBS 4) was not THE best by score, we worked great together! Loved the comunication within the squad, but maybe next time the commander should ‘command’ the squads around a bit more. Just so that all the squads know what they are supposed to be doing and not deciding for themselfs. (but I have to say, SLs did great to see where other squads are doing their business so they commited their own squad to another front/flank!)
The only thing I did not like, was that we played just the one map. I don’t know about you guys but I just got warmed up + people who ware a bit late did get little or none out of the practice. So next time I would mybe like the practice to last from 20.00 to 22.00-ish and if people have to leave early that should be no problem, right?
Yes maybe we can do 2 maps..
As for placing the squads as commander, the isuue is , i dont know where you guys are…
Either you tell me so i can direct you or i just ask a few squads.
I feel it worked out great in the last war ..there was more usefull talk and communication 🙂
Yeah, asking squad leaders to report position and after that form a battle plan I guess. I’m not criticizing, just mentioning some things that I noticed 🙂 But hey, I could be wrong 😛
