A small tweak in HLL servers rules

      Even tho im not some kind of old HLL player, ive noticed one problem with ingame mechanics that can be changed by server rules. In official games artillery is “protected” by rules but during normal PBS games, its not that nice. I understand that recon plays a huge part in winning but so does arty. Everyone even a bit interested in WW2 knows, how deadly arty was and i think game devs forgot about it. Right now arty works for 5/10 mins and after that arty is being camped by enemies, killed all the time and thats it. There is basically no way to practice it, to get better and to become big part in winning. Maybe a rule that says that arty can be camped/killed only when the score is 4-1 and one side is fighting for last point could help? If u are on losing side, enemy is all over your spawn points etc it makes sense that they can destroy your long range support, they have huge adv etc. But when enemy is not crushing u, why would your arty become silent, this part of ingame mechanics makes no sense at all tbh. Please think about it.
