      Subject: Appeal regarding my ban for inappropriate language

      Hi,

      I am writing to appeal my ban for using inappropriate language (swearing). I got a bit frustrated during the game and I reacted poorly. I realize that this kind of behavior is not allowed and that it ruins the experience for others.

      I am sorry for what I said, and I promise it won’t happen again. I really enjoy playing on this server and I would appreciate it if you could give me a second chance.

      Due to the nature of your behavior I would normally deny your appeal. I will consider the way you appealed though and make an exception. Your BAN is lifted now, but keep in mind that breaking the rules in future might and WILL lead to pemanent BAN with no appeal possible.
