  Hi pbs Team,
  I recently banned from your servers in HLL due to an argument I had with other tank crews who repeatedly took heavy tanks from our squad. I admit that my reaction was emotional and salty, but I want to clarify that I never curse anyone. I think you have access to chat logs anyway. and I would appreciate if get unbanned.

  Hello Alireza. Yes, we have access to the logs and judging by those logs the cooldown time is appropriate. You were not the only one who got banned for the toxic behavior in the chat. Your actions, comments and such are not without consequence. You were banned for two days which means that it will be lifted tomorrow at 10:34 PM (GMT).
