• Michael Williams, also known as “MilkyToes”, is a popular OpenHouse streamer known for his frequent outbursts. He has barricaded himself within his apartment along with his brother.

DESCRIPTION

• Cassandra Williams was the mother of Michael and Demarcus. She was reported dead by her eldest son, who dialed 911 shortly aftering murdering her.

• Demarcus Williams is the brother of Michael. He attends San Uriel High. Demarcus is allegedly barricaded within the house alongside his older brother.

• A number of other civilians were sighted entering the apartment complex earlier in the day, but have not been accounted for by the LSPD. Likely, they are inside somewhere.

  • Apprehend and secure the prime suspect, Michael Williams.

SOFT MISSION OBJECTIVE

• Report Illegal Server Farm
  • Locate the source of electricity theft: an illegal server cluster, farming cryptocurrency and hosting online illegal activity.

• Report Prohibited Images of Minors
  • Locate indecent and prohibited images of unidentified minors in suspect’s bedroom.

• Report Suspect’s PC
  • Locate the suspect’s personal computer, showing incriminating evidence in connection to ‘Mindjot’.

INTELLIGENCE

First Floor

The first floor contains no enterable rooms and is simply a hall leading to a stairway that splits into two. Civilians and suspects can sometimes be present here.

Second Floor

The second floor consists of one enterable room. You can enter this room through the hallway or from the fire escape stairwell. The room contains a large server farm with servers in every room. The room is guarded by a couple of armed suspects, one wearing a Watt College sweater. The farm also seems to be illegally tapping electricity as cables connect directly to a nearby electricity pole.

MISSION BRIEF

Officer: Has anyone tried to regain contact with Michael?

Team Lead: The call bounced when attempted and calls from negotiators outside have fallen on deaf ears. It sounds like Michael may be firing a weapon inside his room, and we’ve received multiple reports of gunfire from other individuals within the complex. The building has a single entry, through the main atrium. There’s also a secondary entry point through a fire escape nearby, which should allow quick access to the other levels without exposure to your teams within the atrium. The Watch Commander is on scene and has patrol holding perimeter positions, TEMS is staging at the command post, and they are awaiting our arrival to make entry. Currently they’re awaiting out arrival to make entry, as the situation has been deemed dangerous given no communication can be established.

Officer: Do we know of any other threats within the space?

Team Lead: Michael’s apartment is number 14, and so far we’ve managed to confirm that rooms 16, 11 and 12 are all currently inhabited but closed off. Those residents have either been evacuated or are sheltering in place. However we were unable to make contact with apartments 13 and 15, both of which are under the ownership of Michael Williams at this time. It is unknown if he is still barricaded with his family in 14 or has moved into one of the other rooms to ambush. We are not aware of any other threats, it seems to just be one guy. Alright, let’s roll.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Despite what the 911 call said, Cassandra Williams who lives next to Michael’s apartment is seen alive. We can thus assume that the call was most likely a swatting.
• Some of the suspects reuse the models as the extra robbers on Thank You, Come Again.
• In the apartment where Michael Williams mother has a vent next to the bathroom which is connected to Michael’s room and open allowing for grenades to be thrown into the vent and enter the adjacent room.
