BAN APPEAL

I would like to appeal a ban i was issued for intentional TK.

I made a complain to an admin as i was being intentionally shot and TK by another user. The log had me also TK the other player (who made no complaint) and the admin asked why.

I explained to the admin that the player was shooting and injuring me repeatedly so I defended myself a couple of times by neutralising the player to allow me to continue to play.

The player kept TK me multiple times and my chat log and theirs does and should corroborate this.

Choosing to punish both of us without taking the circumstances into account is ridiculous as had that be the case then any TK of any kind would receive some kind of warning or ban – which of course, it does not as circumstances are always (usually) considered.

The circumstances in this case are that the player was intentionally TK me, i protected myself and also made the complaint to the admin to which i am being punished for. It makes no sense and puts users off from making complaints to admins if the subsequent action (which includes, dismissing the circumstances by the complainant by the admin) results in a ban to themselves.
