After careful consideration, I have decided to uphold the ban on your account. This ban was created after a review of your account from player reports created against you.

I understand this decision may be disappointing, and I want to emphasize that account bans are implemented to ensure a safe and fair environment for all users. My decision is based on Toxicity, Paedophilia, Discrimination, Political Comments, and I believe it is necessary to maintain the integrity of our community.   • This comment indicates paedophilia and is not accepted on our servers, or BattleBit Remastered.

• 15:03 23/01/2024 (All) Iron: arab are the best pilots, only crashed 3 times against 2 towers
  • This is a reference to the September 11th 2001 attacks at the World Trade Centres.

• 14:40 24/01/2024 (All) Iron: slava A3OB
  • A3OB refers to the Azov Batallion. This is classed as a political comment due to the current war against Ukraine and Russia.

• 09:38 26/01/2024 (All) Iron: unabomber, nice name, big fan of you
  • Indication of being a fan of terrorism.
• 11:09 30/01/2024 (All) Iron: being called a racist is an honor in these times
• 11:20 30/01/2024 (All) Iron: if you play turkish rap i will crash the helicopter in the next tower i see
• 09:55 31/01/2024 (All) Iron: this is their training to go to Ukraine to die
  • This comment has been seen to have the intention to cause distress, arguments or offense.
• 12:11 31/01/2024 (All) Iron: you are autistic then
• 11:24 02/02/2024 (All) Iron: the french only knows two things, how to chop heads of kings and riot
• 12:50 02/02/2024 (All) Iron: A3OB

• 10:06 07/02/2024 (All) Iron: its the same heli pilot that Kobe Bryan had

You we’re previously banned for 2 days due to antisemitism and you we’re aware of your actions, even after the ban. You have continued to show a toxic attitude towards cultures, current world events, past events, and much more.

The ban is upheld until 11/03/2024 at 06:53. You can no longer appeal this ban. Additionally, your ban message will update to show that this is no longer available to be appealed.

In regards to your September 11th comment, this is highly offensive and jokes shouldn’t be made in regards to this event. Jokes and casual playfulness is allowed, however, you went beyond what is acceptable. Your unabomber comment was uncalled for and not needed, henceforth why this was flagged.

You have multiple political comments and agendas in regards to the Russian x Ukraine war and this is unacceptable from a community standard and BattleBits Remastered.

You have been given a 1 month ban due to the comments and action’s you have shown in our community servers, and as such, a long period has been enforced. If you wish for this to be reviewed, I will pass it forward to the entire Powerbits Gameteam administration team and a decision will be made on that outcome. Please note; When a decision is made, your ban could be lifted, upheld or you could be banned permanmently. Regardless of the outcome, an appeal is not possible for this ban anyfurther.
