Thank You for appealing this ban. There is multiple mitigating factors that have caused yourself and your friend to be banned. These are listed below;
- Extremely offensive tag (VAGNER)

The Vagner was a serious mitigating factor as this is a reference to the WAGNER PNC Group that is/was operating in the Russia x Ukrainian war. This is not only political, but can also be deemed disrespectful amongst other things. Kicks we’re issued for these and you we’re notified to remove them.

Unfortunately, due to your previous actions and the mitigating factors in this ban appeal. I am refusing this ban appeal on the grounds of;
- User has shown with previous chat logs that they are actively recruiting for the VAGNER clan on multiple occasions starting from the 03/01/2024 to 11/01/2024. This, on it’s own is a permanment ban. However the serious mitigating factor is the reference to the Wagner PNC Group that is/was actively involved with the Russian x Ukranian war.
