HLL Permaban

so I’m playing on Foy as recon and come across the most sus gameplay I’ve ever seen and report it to an admin, 1 hour later, it’s still happening and nothing has been done, so I spied a player with the same clantag (btw, some of them have previous game and vac bans) on my team (either cheating too or relaying information to his friends on the other team), and went to team kill him because I feel the admins weren’t doing anything. Then that guy starts killing me back and gets kicked, fine, whatever. Then I respawn and call an admin once again, and the admin tells me that I need a screenshot. A screenshot. Of them cheating? how does anyone possibly get that? then he kicks and perma bans me for teamkilling and the cheaters stay in the server, I go to the discord and Urded (Killerbunny666) permabans me after 5 messages that weren’t abusive or anything, so I’d like someone other than that guy to have a look at this ban appeal please because he can’t be objective, cheers
