Battlefield 1’s new Lupkow Pass map, first shown at EA Play, will soon be coming to the Battlefield 1 Community Test Environment (CTE).
This was confirmed by DICE devs on the CTE subreddit the other day:

No exact date on when Lupkow Pass hits the CTE (or on when CTE hits consoles), but check my Twitter for the latest Battlefield 1 news.
During EA Play, Producer Andrew Gulotta spoke a little about one of the operations in In the Name of the Tsar, explaining where we’ll go in the Russian DLC. The Brusilov Offensive Operation includes two maps: Galicia and Brusilov Keep.
